Objective 1: High Reliability & Sub-200ms API Performance
- KR 1.1: Maintain 99.9% uptime across core backend API services.
- KR 1.2: Reduce P95 API response latency to
< 180msfor course discovery and consultation booking endpoints. - KR 1.3: Zero critical zero-day security vulnerabilities in production releases.
Objective 2: Testing Excellence & Zero-Mock E2E Coverage
- KR 2.1: Achieve 85%+ unit test code coverage across NestJS backend services.
- KR 2.2: Expand real E2E test coverage to 100% of critical user journeys (Registration, Course Purchase, Consultation Booking, Withdrawal Payout).
Objective 3: Frontend Performance & Anti-Slop Visual Excellence
- KR 3.1: Maintain Google Lighthouse Performance score of
>= 90across student and instructor web apps. - KR 3.2: 100% compliance with WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards.
