User Management

Title: User Account Management

As an Admin, I want to manage all user accounts on the platform, So that I can ensure a safe and compliant user community.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. I can view all registered users on the platform
  2. I can search and filter users by various criteria
  3. I can suspend or ban users who violate platform policies
  4. I can verify user identities and credentials
  5. I can manage user roles and permissions

Title: Instructor Approval

As an Admin, I want to review and approve instructor applications, So that I can maintain quality standards for course creators.

Acceptance Criteria:

  1. I can view pending instructor applications
  2. I can review instructor profiles and qualifications
  3. I can approve or reject instructor applications
  4. I can request additional information from applicants
  5. I can track the status of all instructor applications

Course Management

Title: Course Content Moderation

As an Admin, I want to moderate course content to ensure quality and compliance, So that I can maintain high standards for all courses on the platform.
